Growth and change are part of life. Haldimand is not immune to either, and we should not be afraid of progress. But growth without balance puts pressure on our roads, farmland, services, and the character of the communities we call home.
In 2022, I said Haldimand needed Communities not Subdivisions. In 2026, that message matters more than ever. We need growth that fits, infrastructure that keeps up, services that work, respect for taxpayers, and a municipal government that puts existing residents and local businesses first.
I am running for mayor to bring practical, experienced leadership back to the mayor’s office. That means real accountability, stronger communication with residents and community stakeholders, better customer service, balanced growth, and a clear focus on getting things done for Haldimand.
